Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, Freshwater Lures that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. All other freshwater fishing accessories, rods, reels, and line products are eligible for return if conditions above are met.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely and include:

  • Completed return form (included in your original shipment)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
