Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties or taxes, which are non-refundable if you return your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium freshwater fishing equipment with the same confidence we have in every cast. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you’re back on the water with the right gear quickly.
Our Return Policy
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase must accompany all returns
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, Freshwater Lures that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. All other freshwater fishing accessories, rods, reels, and line products are eligible for return if the above conditions are met.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable
